About the Producer
Founded in 1917, the Washington Area New Automobile Dealers Association (WANADA) represents more than 225 franchised new vehicle dealers and 75 kindred-line members (related vendors) in the District of Columbia, Northern Virginia and suburban Maryland.
From its Washington office, WANADA provides a variety of important public activities including, of course, The Washington Auto Show®, which showcases the automobile industry before Congress, federal agencies and visitors from across the globe.
WANADA supports its members through services such as government relations, to take care that laws enhance the auto industry and benefit vehicle consumers; the recruitment and training of dealer personnel to ensure valuable customer service; and group purchasing programs, including well-respected employee benefit programs to keep dealers profitable and their communities strong.
