Reservations Policies

ROOM GUARANTEE

  • Hotel rates are quoted in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
  • A valid credit card is required to guarantee each reservation.
  • The credit card must be in the guest’s name or a third-party authorization may be required.
  • Your room is not reserved without a valid credit card.

RESERVATION CHANGES

  • The Housing Bureau will accept new reservations, changes, and cancellations until 5:00 PM ET on Friday, January 8, 2027, or until rooms sell out.
  • No changes or cancellations may be made between January 8–11, 2027 while reservations are transferred to the hotels.
  • Beginning January 12, 2027, all changes and cancellations must be made directly with the hotel and are subject to availability.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations received by the hotel 72 hours or less before arrival, and no-shows, will incur a one-night room & tax penalty.
  • Washington, DC Auto Show is not responsible for no-show or early departure fees charged by the hotels or for rooms resold due to non-arrival.
